Lincoln Poultry is not a company with an elaborate corporate structure. In fact, to serve our customers in the best way possible, we make it our business to specialize in just one thing: bringing outstanding service to the food industry.

We serve independent businesses throughout eastern and central Nebraska. Additionally, we offer a variety of customized distribution options for multi-unit businesses and franchises in a 12-state region of the central United States: Nebraska, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Our company headquarters and distribution facility are located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We inventory more than 8,000 different products and distribute to customers using our own fleet of trucks.

Our History

Lincoln Poultry got its start in 1957 thanks to the entrepreneurial efforts of Everett Evnen. The company began by distributing fresh poultry and eggs. Over time Lincoln Poultry expanded to offer a variety of other frozen and refrigerated foods, dry groceries, and an array of equipment and supplies.

Today, Lincoln Poultry remains an independently owned business guided by the principles of our founder. The company currently employs nearly 200 people from Lincoln and surrounding communities and is continually expanding as a Nebraska-based enterprise that extends far beyond the state’s borders.
